With your PC (no software required), phone, and our in-house developed training materials (shipped to you prior to training), you will learn to build, update, and maintain a schedule with live-instructor lecture, demonstrations, and hands-on student exercises using Primavera software.

This format of training allows the students to fully engage with the student's own personal instructor, while saving valuable time and travel expenses.

Course Structure:

Over the last decade, GPM has found that using an interactive, instructor-led / hands-on workshop where concept reinforcement is stressed is the best means of helping students apply new skills on the job. Students will gain experience building a new schedule (including creating a WBS, adding activties / milestones, calendars, logic, resources, costs, etc.) updating / monitoring the project schedule, and generating reports.
