With times being difficult in acquiring and retaining schedulers and planners, GPM developed a process to deliver to clients a Virtual Project Controls Office. 

GPM's Virtual Project Controls Office handles all of the Schedule and Cost Management responsibilities for your project.  The GPM team will report to the on-site management and will:

  • Work remotely from GPM's office (GPM's Lead Consultant will report on-site for schedule meetings as needed.),
  • Serve as the client representative,
  • Make suggestions for improved project performance, and
