Course Structure:
Over the last decade, GPM has found that using an interactive, instructor-led / hands-on workshop where concept reinforcement is stressed is the best means of helping students apply
new skills on the job. Students will gain experience building a new schedule (including creating a WBS, adding activties / milestones, calendars, logic, resources, costs, etc.) updating / monitoring the project schedule, and generating reports.
